Offering fractional CFO/FD services, commercial advice, management accounting and coverage for all compliance requirements, the seek to appoint a Senior Accountant to facilitate future growth.
Interactive tasks with the client portfolio to include;
Management accounting tasks;
o Producing regular and meaningful management accounts packs with supporting information
o Client meeting to provide feedback and advice based on management accounts
o Analysis of variances to support business leaders
Compliance tasks;
o Year end accounts
o Corporation/VAT/Personal tax returns and tax planning advice
o Aligning these tasks with an understanding of the individual behind the business.
Growth towards & exposure to fractional CFO/FD and commercial advisory tasks;
o Producing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
o Advising on company structures, shareholder agreements and support with external advisors
o Business health checks through business modelling and process reviews
