You'll drive culinary excellence, lead a talented team, and champion quality, consistency, and compliance across a high-volume production environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead all aspects of culinary production, food quality, menu execution, and labour optimisation
- Inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Ensure operational compliance, HACCP adherence and food safety standards
- Partner with commercial and menu development teams to deliver innovation and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of kitchen technology integration, process improvements and culinary audits
- Drive budgetary performance, labour productivity, and ingredient quality
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Chef with formal culinary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the culinary world, including 5 years as an Executive Chef
- Proven leadership in high-volume food production, ideally with inflight catering or manufacturing exposure
- Strong communication, coaching, and people development skills
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation
