This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned culinary leader to join a world-class organisation at the forefront of innovation and quality in food production. You'll drive culinary excellence, lead a talented team, and champion quality, consistency, and compliance across a high-volume production environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead all aspects of culinary production, food quality, menu execution, and labour optimisation
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Ensure operational compliance, HACCP adherence and food safety standards
  • Partner with commercial and menu development teams to deliver innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of kitchen technology integration, process improvements and culinary audits
  • Drive budgetary performance, labour productivity, and ingredient quality

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Chef with formal culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the culinary world, including 5 years as an Executive Chef
  • Proven leadership in high-volume food production, ideally with inflight catering or manufacturing exposure
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people development skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation
