HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated HR Support Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organising HR documents with the utmost confidentiality. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Bamboo HR software are essential for this role. This is a temporary position for 1-2 months with the possibility of moving to a permanent position within the company.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Organise, file, and maintain HR documents and employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Utilise Bamboo HR software for data entry and to assist with HR processes.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel to track and report HR metrics.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR support role with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR software, preferably Bamboo HR.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
