HR Administrator

My client is a global manufacturing organisation based just outside of Carlisle. They are industry leaders that believe strongly in teamwork and are passionate about all aspects of their business.
Your new role
Due to an increased workload, this organisation is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team for 3 to 6 months. They are currently experiencing a higher volume of recruitment than usual. This would be a supporting role, focusing mainly on recruitment and interviewing candidates, to allow permanent members of the team to return their attention to other duties.
Standard working hours are 8:30-17:00. The ideal candidate would be full-time, however, part-time candidates will also be considered. Hyrbid working is also available after initial inductions and shadowing in the office.

The hourly rate for this role is negotiable based on HR experience and salary expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Willingness to help out with a range of tasks within the department.
  • Previous experience in HR or with recruitment and onboarding.
  • IT literacy including Microsoft Packages.
