Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Application Review Consultant - Remote, Flexible, 4-week Contract
Robert Half is assisting a global client looking for a skilled consultant to perform a thorough review of their Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) application, as they approach their go-live date. This is a short-term, flexible engagement, perfect for an associate with strong expertise in CRM implementations and security audits.
Contract Assignment Details:
- Location: Remote (flexible working hours)
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Day Rate: Competitive day rate (PAYE with employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company fees)
- Start Date: Immediate, before 21st October
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the D365 CE application from a best practice perspective, ensuring alignment with industry standards and leading practices.
- Perform a thorough security review, focusing on Data Privacy, Security, Permissions, and User Access Controls.
- Evaluate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Perform or coordinate penetration testing to assess the system's security integrity.
- Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen security protocols and improve overall system resilience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all risks are identified, addressed, and documented ahead of the go-live date.
Experience Needed:
- Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations, including system assessments and optimisations.
- Strong knowledge of security and data privacy practices within CRM systems, including user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Experience in performing security audits, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to provide detailed reports and recommendations on system improvements and security measures.
