Totum Partners are working with a leading Law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager to be responsible for the Billing and Credit Control team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Revenue Collection & Billing Manager to oversee our billing and credit control processes. You will manage a team and ensure the delivery of excellent service.
The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and motivate the Revenue Collection & Billing team
- Oversee timely and accurate billing and collections
- Work closely with firm managers to ensure efficient billing processes
- Develop and implement improvements to billing and collection processes
- Prepare and present reports on debt status and team performance
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and contribute to the continuous development
The ideal Revenue Manager will have:
- Proven experience within a law firm or professional services environment is essential
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Background in billing or collections
- Strong communication skills and the
- Ability to build effective relationships across the firm
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing processes and systems
