What will you do as a Credit Controller?
- Running credit control, including processing and chasing payments and debts
- Day to day control of the credit control email address
- Ensuring emails are forwarded to the appropriate team member
- Contacting customers in line with the debt chasing process and updating the records
- Allocation of receipts, contacting payers where appropriate regarding missing remittance advices
- Maintenance of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all information is up to date
- Supporting the Finance Business Manager with other administrative tasks
What do you need as a Credit Controller?
- Proven experience in a credit control role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Sage System experience & Microsoft Excel
- A keen eye for detail, strong accounting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
