Their management style as you'd expect is light touch. You're a motivated, conscientious person, so whilst there's great support you'll have their trust. Need help? Just ask. But you won't be micro-managed.
And as for money it's not the priority but of course it's important. Depending on experience there's a starting salary of up £30,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

Technology wise there's Intelligent Office and Genovo for report writing. You'll also use their MPS platform and work with DFM providers. That's a lot of upskilling.
