Position: Contracts Manager

Role Overview: As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our CAT A and Cat B refurbishment projects. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:

  • Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

  • Handle variations, change orders, and contract amendments.

  • Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site managers.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.

  • Address any issues or delays promptly.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies.

  • Financial Oversight:

  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.

  • Review and approve subcontractor payments.

  • Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Handle any legal disputes or claims.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing CAT A and Cat B refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal documentation.
