Sales Support & Admin Assistant

£23,000 - £25,000 basic + bonus, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday

Our client is an expanding, well-established manufacturer of design led innovative products and this new role is working closely and supporting the salesteam in their efforts and handling general enquiries both via the phone and email.

You will be involved in raising quotes and processing sales orders accurately, and checking they make sense technically. Being the first responder on a busy telephone line, you should be confident (on the phone) and able to obtain accurate information from the caller with regards to who is calling and where is best to direct the call

The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales administrator with a good phone manner, staying calm and focussed under pressure. You should be competent in MS Word and Excel (knowledge of Sage200 would be a bonus)

Location: SE London/ Kent - inner M25

This is a 14 month fixed maternity contract with a salary raise to £27,000 after 6 months probation
