An experienced PA/administrator for a team is required for a construction client

Chosen candidate will need at least three years team PA experience in a similar role and ideally degree-level education or equivalent. An interest in business strategy is ideal.

Key duties include providing full secretarial support to the VP and Strategy team, extensive diary and inbox management, monthly budget reconciliation, processing invoices via SAP, managing compliance activities, and maintaining team leave and sickness records. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SAP is required.

The ideal candidate will be deadline driven, ability to work with demanding bosses and have a friendly, professional approach as well as being highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks with a positive and proactive approach. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities also include assisting with presentations, organizing meetings, setting up conference calls, handling recruitment admin, and greeting visitors. The ability to work under pressure and liaise with various internal and external networks is crucial.
