You'll play a significant role in shaping and delivering our year-round public programme of events and activities, including our big Christmas spectacular in the house. You'll explore opportunities to work with others, including identifying new community and commercial partnerships.

You'll make sure that our programme is shaped by our audiences' needs and interests, as well as reflecting the fascinating stories of the house and garden and the work we do to care for them.

Whilst engaging regular visitors and connecting with new audiences, you'll be curious about the impact of programming, and will evaluate and feed learning into future plans to enable continuous improvement and innovation.
