Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Haddenham
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £23,795 per annum
Hours, Benefits & Perks:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule with 1-hour lunch break
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 after 5 years' service)

Responsibilities:
Picking: Accurately pick connectors and accessories, ensuring correct labelling and readiness for packing.
Cable winding: Cut and wind cable according to specifications, ensuring orders are ready for packing.
Packing: Properly pack orders according to packaging specifications.
Goods receipt: Verify goods received against delivery/return notes, report any discrepancies, and book items into storage locations using SAP.
Jumper cable assembly: Cut, terminate, test, and package jumper cables according to customer requirements.
General: Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, follow company processes, and provide excellent service and support to internal and external customers.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
