Account Manager

Our client is based in Burgess Hill, and we are excited to be supporting them to find an Account Manager to join their friendly, professional and experienced team. This role is available due to continued expansion following significant investment in the business.

We are looking for you to have previous experience in Account Management as this role is managing some of the businesses key clients and you will ideally come from a print or direct mail background.

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times so customers' needs are met.

The responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Ensuring customers know of new services and promotions when appropriate.
  • Being proactive and consultative with customers to give advice and solutions to their problems.
  • Interpreting clients' specifications and providing quotations in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with suppliers to source requirements, which involves requesting quotes, raising purchase orders and placing orders.
  • Using the CRM to accurately create work instructions, briefing internal teams and owning the projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Ensure the accurate invoicing to clients.
  • Handling customer queries / complaints.

This role will require you to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good attention to detail and administration skills are required to ensure projects are processed successfully.
