An exciting position has come up for a permanent Customer Happiness and engagement manager to join a well-established company based in West London.
Your new role
This role is key to creating an exceptional customer experience and managing digital engagement platforms like closed VIP Facebook community and reel projects on the website.
- Responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Implement creative strategies to surprise and delight customers, including exclusive offers and personalised communications
- Develop systems to collect and analyse customer feedback from various channels, using insights for continuous service improvements
- Engage members with regular updates, exclusive offers, and interactive content to build a loyal and active community
- Measure and report on the success of content initiatives, using data to drive future content strategies
- Prepare concise reports with actionable insights for senior management
- Prepare detailed reports on engagement activities, demonstrating their impact on customer satisfaction and overall business objectives
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous social media experience and Customer Service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have exciting creativity and strategic thinking to develop engagement activities and content. You will work well within a team and independently. You will be proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms with a strong understanding of social media dynamics.
What you'll get in return
This is a permeant position, paying between £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, as well as a monthly profit share (at circa 10%). This company is based in Feltham and have many exciting benefits such as employee discounts, free breakfasts, a cycle to work scheme, medicash health plan and many many more.
