GERMANY OR UK -Based: This is a delightful Permanent role for a GERMAN speaker looking for a Customer care role within AFTER-SALES in the hospitality and food sector based in Germanyin the Dusseldorf area OR in the UK in Bucks Your role here is to take inbound enquiries and coordinate with the internal teams across packaging, distribution, supply chain, training etc. Will be actively communicating with German restaurant owners by phone and email and building strong internal working relationships. TITLE : GERMANY OR UK: Post sales Customer care
Department: Food Supply Chain for Franchise Businesses : Procurement teams
Location: Germany near Dusseldorf or High Wycombe in UK
Work style: Hybrid : 3 days in the office per week ( 2 days are wfh)
Contract: Permanent role .
Germany-based Salary : To Eu 41,800 ( base of EU 38k + additional Eu3,800 guaranteed bonus)

OR

UK-based Salary £33,000 ( base of £30,000 + 10%

Restaurants and hospitality sector. Your clients are franchised restaurant owners across DACH and your role is to engage with them and provide them with a top class, nurturing, customer care experience. You will be speaking to restaurant owners daily and arranging the logistics around anything that they require, from packaging to ingredients as well as coordinating training. This is a customer care and relationship orientated role and there is long term career potential to develop within the organisation

Languages needed Fluency in German and English
Duties

  • Managing incoming enquiries in German and English (via email, telephone etc)
  • Liaise with the internal teams as well as with external suppliers and the warehouse re deliveries
  • Resolve complaints in a caring way, taking your time to get to the bottom of issues
  • Check back with the customer once the issue is resolved, to ensure that they are happy with the service
  • Produce reports
  • Update the database

Requirements

  • Fluent German
  • Customer services experience
  • You will need to be available for 3 days in the office( 2 days are wfh)
  • If you want to be based in Germany then you will to possess an EU passport
