We are looking to hire and Executive Search Researcher to join our boutique firm that recruits into professional services. You will be recruiting exclusively to the most senior end of the market and exclusively working with to hire Partners into Accountancy Practices, where salaries of your candidates will range from £150,000 - £500,000.

We are the biggest name in Partner Recruitment for Accountancy Practices in the UK and due to growth we are looking to expand the team further.

We work on a blend of retained search, exclusive mandates whilst all the while, being able to open doors for high calibre candidates given our extensive network.

We have a proven track-record in transforming the careers of contingent recruiters, allowing them to flourish in the executive search space.

With our knowledge and brand behind you and a strong client and candidate base you will be responsible for working with and supporting the team with a specialism in either Tax, Corporate Finance, Audit and Assurance, Restructuring or Risk and Compliance.

Your role as an Executive Search Researcher

  • You will be in a candidate facing role, engaging with active and passive candidates
  • You will be market mapping for retained and exclusive mandates
  • You will be identifying key movers and shakers in the market and mapping out firms and teams
  • You will be headhunting and working with the Search Consultants to support them

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous track record success in a Search or Senior Contingent recruitment role, ideally across professional services
  • Impressive interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior level candidates
  • Drive and resilience to get results coupled with an entrepreneurial mind and approach
