We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting our Sales Opeartions Lead and provide support for our Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the internal sales team in the following areas:-
o Generating quotes
o Reviewing purchase orders under 'hold'
o Collating and issuing of 'sample' orders to customers (sample stocks for trials etc...)
o Supporting the Sales Operations lead in order entry when needed
o Supporting the Sales Operations lead with processing of Credit notes and 'ordersnags' as required
- Support the finance team with: -
o Complete tracker for Proof of deliveries & proof of collections to support the business finance function
- Co-ordinate with the external sales team within the following areas:-
o Supplying of marketing material to partners
o Work with the Marketing co-ordinator to support external trade shows/events
