Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Desk Specialism: HR Location: Birmingham B4 6AJ (with blended home working and office working) Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (PLUS uncapped bonus) Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week Contract: Full Time Permanent

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Full 360 recruitment cycle including winning new business
  • Strategic business development - B2B sales calls & written sales and networking events
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For:

  • A driven individual with a passion for recruitment and business development.
  • An experienced recruiter who has worked the HR sector or another senior specialism.
  • Financially motivated & career hungry
  • Competitive with a strong work ethic
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
