Join a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) subscription-based business in the Food & Beverage sector, where innovation and customer experience are at the forefront.
**The Role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing Customer Journeys: Enhance and streamline the customer journey across multiple channels.
- Automation and Analysis: Automate processes and assess how customer interactions flow through various channels.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with the development team to create and implement new workflows.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Perform A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve marketing efforts.
**Skills and Experience Required
- Background: Experience in marketing, copywriting, communications, or design.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML with hands-on experience using Email Service Providers (ESPs).
- Mindset: Commercially savvy, with a strong focus on systems and process efficiency.
- Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B tests and map out customer journeys.
