We are recruiting for a Pre-Operations & Crewing officer to join an expanding client in the airline industry!
Daily duties will include:
- Managing crew travel including arranging hotels and transport requirements
- Managing invoices
- Monitoring and managing pilot time off and leave efficiently and in accordance with company procedure
- Ensure crew resources are managed and complaint with documented statutory and regulatory requirements
- Monitor all flight set ups to make sure compliant with all flight time limitations and investigating occurrences of regulatory extension or breach
- Managing fatigue reports and assisting team members as required
- Monitoring and planning of crew qualification expiries and required interventions
Experience needed:
- Excellent communication of the English language, verbal and written
- An understanding of applicable regulations with respect to flight time limitations and fatigue risk management
- Knowledge and familiarity with aviation management systems
- Understanding of day to day crewing, pre ops and rostering functions
