Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for temporary Business Support Officer to undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the efficient delivery of services within the Brecks Fen Edge & Rivers (BFER) Landscape Partnership Scheme.

The Brecks Fen Edge & Rivers (BFER) Landscape Partnership Scheme is a National Lottery Heritage Fund supported project hosted by Suffolk County Council. The BFER Landscape Partnership celebrates and conserves the unique landscapes and heritage of the Norfolk and Suffolk Brecks.

Main duties for this role include supporting financial administration, including processing purchase orders and invoices, utilising the Suffolk County Council Oracle software system, acting as a customer facing first point of contact for phone enquires, monitoring group email boxes, drafting and sending routine correspondence, Information processing, including data inputting to support BFER project reporting and evaluation. This will include the use of Excel and similar software.

We are looking for an experienced administrator, with good organisational skills, able to work on their own, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Confident, approachable manner with the ability to communicate with a range of people.

Ideally we would like to interview face to face.
