**Responsibilities of A Senior Care Assistant:

  • Delivering high-level care services, including personal, social, and domestic assistance
  • Ensuring that services are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Carrying out duties assigned by the Registered Manager
  • Providing in-house training to care teams when necessary
  • Supporting the introduction of new clients and service development in new areas
  • Attending Senior Team Meetings as required
  • Conducting spot checks on Home Care Assistants

**Role Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to be able to inspire and develop a team, have a passion for delivering high-quality care, and be excited about expanding services and brand development.

We ask that you have the following:

  • National Vocation Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3)
  • Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or are working towards it)
  • At least 1 year of care experience in a domiciliary care environment
  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
