**Responsibilities of A Senior Care Assistant:
- Delivering high-level care services, including personal, social, and domestic assistance
- Ensuring that services are in line with company policies and procedures
- Carrying out duties assigned by the Registered Manager
- Providing in-house training to care teams when necessary
- Supporting the introduction of new clients and service development in new areas
- Attending Senior Team Meetings as required
- Conducting spot checks on Home Care Assistants

**Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to be able to inspire and develop a team, have a passion for delivering high-quality care, and be excited about expanding services and brand development.
We ask that you have the following:
- National Vocation Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3)
- Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or are working towards it)
- At least 1 year of care experience in a domiciliary care environment
- Full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
