Salary: Up to £28,000

Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks seamlessly? Join our client's dynamic team as an Operations Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly!

The role is now available due to rapid growth within the business over the last 4-5 years! With 2 brand new contracts mobilising very soon, we are looking for an immediate starter who is ready to go on a journey!

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with various teams and managing crucial tasks. Your day-to-day as an Operations Coordinator will include:

  • Monthly Payment Submissions: Work closely with Operations Managers for Sefton and Wirral to prepare and submit monthly payment applications.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate weekly work schedules with Operations Managers, ensuring effective team assignments.
  • Client Enquiries: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely escalations when necessary.
  • Diary Management: Schedule appointments and meetings for Operations Managers.
  • Supplier Liaison: Manage relationships with suppliers, obtaining quotes and overseeing procurement processes.
  • New Staff Induction: Manage the induction process for new staff.
  • Log Order Management: Oversee log orders and coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
  • Domestic Quotes: Manage domestic quotes, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Rotas Management: Organize callout and late shift rotas to ensure operational coverage.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with:

  • Proven experience in an operations or coordination role, ideally within the environmental or landscaping sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel, and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
