HGV Class 1 Drivers, BS35 4GH
£16:50- £19.25 per hour
We are are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client that we are representing in the Avonmouth area on an ongoing basis. We are looking for experienced and reliable drivers, who are available for assessment and induction immediately. This role will involve you delivering directly to stores across the UK.
The position of HGV Class 1 Driver involves:
- Making deliveries and collections to and from businesses
- Planning route on a day to day basis.
- Ensuring deliveries and collections are made on time
- Complete daily vehicle checks on your company phone.
- Working closely with the network hubs.
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers expectations.
Essential skills for HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Must have a UK Class 1 Driving Licence.
- Hold a current CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Good geographical knowledge.
