Able to speak or understand some written French, would be an advantage, but not essential
Role Purpose:
To provide support with the marketing and communications of a newly launched App, which works across our clients own brands, combining a seamless smart home app with a range of connected products designed to make smart home living, easier and more affordable. This will be an exciting and varied role!
- Support with the briefing, maintenance and updates on the Apps, 4 company websites
- Co-ordinate and manage all product packaging and instruction manuals
- Co-ordinate and manage all comms/content briefs and liaise with the Brand team
- Co-ordinate and manage all new product 'how to' and video guides.
- Co-ordinate and manage all new training materials for banners - Learning & Development teams and the Banners Call Centre.
- Maintain FAQs coming through
- Maintain the Apps pages on the clients main website
- Organise for all content to be translated into the required 6 different languages - briefing the Translation Teams and liaising with Finance on costings.
- Sourcing product samples for content production shoots
- Supporting with customer queries via email
