£45K basic + bonus + benefits

Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Online Retail is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with the companies key tier two online retail accounts. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall partnership with online retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key online retail accounts

  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment with sales strategies and objective

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for growth

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience looking after online key accounts in the FMCG sector

  • Ideally have worked with one of the following: Debenhams, Comet, Marks Electrical, Wilko Online or any equivalent accounts

  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in the online retail space

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
