About the Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll be at the heart of brand growth and product performance. As Product Manager for Brand Partnerships, you'll lead the execution of brand strategies, manage product lifecycles, and ensure successful market entry and ongoing performance for your portfolio.

You'll act as a key link between brand owners, internal teams, and external partners - blending strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Partner Management

  • Manage daily relationships with a portfolio of brands - from long-established names to disruptive newcomers.
  • Align on brand positioning, market priorities, and commercial goals.
  • Represent your brand partners internally, acting as their voice across the business.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the entire product journey - from onboarding and launch to range reviews and rationalisation.
  • Ensure accurate product setup and data management in our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with partners on NPD, packaging updates, and go-to-market execution.

Commercial Planning & Campaign Delivery

  • Help prepare compelling customer presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Shape pricing and promotional strategies across multiple channels.
  • For selected brands, take ownership of commercial planning - including costs, pricing, and margin management.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning to ensure supply aligns with market demand.
  • Drive growth opportunities in partnership with internal teams and brand owners.
  • Coordinate seamless rollouts of new products and marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across sales, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and our external marketing agency.
  • Ensure internal alignment ahead of launches, promotions, and business reviews.
  • Prepare clear updates and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Market Insight & Analysis

  • Stay on top of category trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
  • Use insights to inform decisions and guide the external marketing agency when relevant.
  • Turn data into actionable strategies that drive brand and business growth.

About You

You're a commercially minded, detail-focused team player who thrives in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You enjoy working across functions, juggling multiple projects, and making things happen. You take pride in bringing plans to life and growing consumer brands in the UK market.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in product management or a similar role within FMCG - ideally across health, beauty, or household categories.
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments including sales, logistics, finance, and marketing.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Canva experience is a bonus.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
