Location: Ransomes Europark

Salary: £23,500 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

HYBRID WORKING - 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME, 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a brand new team at Ransomes Europark. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the sales ledger, from accurate and timely invoice processing to maintaining customer data and assisting with credit control. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals pursuing or interested in starting their AAT studies, with the prospect of further accountancy qualifications and career progression within our business.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Reporting and processing daily bank receipts.
  • Conducting monthly bank account reconciliations.
  • Raising invoices across various sales ledger areas.
  • Managing third-party invoice debt.
  • Maintaining purchase order number requests.
  • Processing site hospitality transactions daily into our finance system.
  • Supporting the credit controller by sending out statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Takes responsibility for own tasks, ensuring completion to a high standard.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet important deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Good team player.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel skills.
