  • This Customer Marketing Manger role is ideal for forward thinking individual, who has experience of marketing to new and existing customers
  • Role is split between the office in Windsor (2 days) and home (3 days)

The role:

  • The successfulCustomerMarketing Manager will support National Account managers to develop bespoke customer marketing planning and activity to drive growth and build relationships.
  • The Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute sector marketing strategies to win, grow and retail business this will be across all channels including digital.
  • As Customer Marketing Manager you will use insights to develop propositions that demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer. You will create a rolling marketing plan that incorporates on and offline activity
  • The Customer Marketing Manager will be a sector expert and be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector

Ideal candidate:

  • You will have experience of leading and developing a customer marketing strategy gained from FMCG, hospitality or foodservice
  • The Customer Marketing Manager will have excellent insight skills with the ability to use the full marketing mix to deliver objectives
  • Having excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative and be a self-starter with can-do attitude
