CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint an IT Support Engineer with expertise in End-User Computing and previous experience working in the Biotech/Life Sciences/Manufacturing industry.

Role Requirements
- Provide core-IT and End-User Computing support to the team on-site
- Assist the team with OT (Operational Technology) technical projects, where required
- Provide robust Change Management support
- Produce associated technical documentation where required
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable track record in providing effective user-facing IT Support
- Experienced in EUC technologies (e.g. remote access, Virtual Desktops)
- A background (or experience) working in Life Sciences/Laboratory/Biotech environments
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
- Strong change management experience
- Excellent communicator
