This is a nice role for experienced teaching assistants , which will involve doing some interventions as well as some 1:1 work with a child with visual impairment
- Varied role working with several children
- In class support, small group and 1:1 sessions
- Opportunity to run interventions
- Work 1:1 with child with visual impairment (VI) - previous experience a bonus
- Work with a supportive SENCO
- Excellent transport links to the door of the school
This role would suit a teaching assistant with experience supporting KS1 children in a primary school and with a good knowledge and understanding of special educational needs.
We need a good team-player who is always looking to learn further. This is a great role for someone looking to hone and develop their SEN skills.
