The day to day you will be managing and overseeing a team of four and working closely with the MD and other Directors of the business.
This is a newly created role with the aim to get better insight into the business and use the data to shape decisions going forward...This will be a highly commercial and visible role.
The role will include...
- Drive systems and reporting change in the business through implementation of automation and technology wherever possible
- Oversee and develop existing finance system
- Internal monthly management accounts and year end preparation
- Cashflow forecasting/monitoring
- Leading the pricing process, providing analysis and judgement on current and future pricing
- Presenting key analysis in the forecasting and budgeting process to the MD
- Production of commercial plans with a forensic approach to promote clarity and understanding
- Overseeing pricing and post launch review of NPD products (New product development)
