  • **Administrative Support:**
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • **Finance Support:**
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and statements.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
  • Help with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • **Data Management:**
  • Collect and input financial data into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • **Communication:**
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients regarding financial and administrative matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings.
  • **Experience:**
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices is advantageous.
  • **Skills:**
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
