We're Hiring: Finance Business Partner for a Leading Financial Services Client!

Are you a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner looking for your next challenge? One of my leading financial services clients is seeking a proactive professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a matrix structure, has a keen eye for detail, and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Salary: Up to 65k depending on experience

Location: Ipswich Suffolk Flexible homeworking Hybrid

Role Overview:

  • Collaborate across Corporate Centre functions, including IT, Security, Data, and Change, to build trusted relationships and positively influence performance.
  • Act as a key link between finance and operations, ensuring financial goals align with broader business objectives.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning within the Corporate Centre.
  • Develop business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and work with teams to manage and close gaps.
  • Coordinate updates to financial forecasts, ensuring they reflect planned activities accurately.
  • Deliver innovative commercial reporting to maintain cost control and investment oversight.

Flexible Working: Enjoy a hybrid working model with the flexibility to split your time between home and our Bristol office. You'll work at least 40% of your week from the office, empowering you to balance your professional and personal commitments.

What We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a tenacious drive to deliver positive business results.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex information for senior audiences.
  • Proven experience in financial business partnering within a corporate environment. Experience in financial services.
  • Qualification in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
