In this role the responsibility will be to carry routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of production machinery. The successful candidate will be provided training to get up to speed and work a 4 on/ 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights).
The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, with a mechanical bias, hold an engineering qualification, have experience with hydraulics and pneumatics and have experience in a manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Ensuring production targets are met safely.
- 4 on 4 off Days and Nights 7-7 (Days for first 8 weeks)
- £40,000-£42,500
The Person:
- Mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
- Manufacturing background.
- Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Able to fault find and use a multimeter.
- Familiar with pumps, valves, motors, gearboxes etc.
