Senior Credit Controller

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are working in partnership with a Sheffield based business who are looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller into their growing finance department. This role will involve overseeing crucial financial processes and ensuring the smooth handling of credit control tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing invoices
- Actively managing and following up on outstanding debts
- Communicating with creditors effectively
- Delivering exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries related to accounts
- Performing general office administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse financial data, including sales and purchase ledgers
- Relevant background in finance administration
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate record-keeping
- Ability to work independently most of the time
- Excellent decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
