SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Meldreth, Nr Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border
Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with a range of special educational needs, including PMLD, autism, and complex medical conditions.
- Assist students in both classroom and community settings, helping them reach their educational and personal goals.
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages respect and equality.
- Foster students' independence and support their social and emotional development through various activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support, including personal care and physical interventions when required.

- Are passionate about helping children and young people succeed, particularly those with additional needs.
- Are patient, proactive, and committed to overcoming learning barriers.
- Have a creative and adaptable approach to meeting students' individual needs.
- Possess excellent communication skills, especially when working with students who have specific communication needs.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of students.
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Are eager to pursue further qualifications and training, which will be fully funded by us.
