Central Employment is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for an expanding company in the NE13 area. We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients within the hospitality and leisure industries.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support 60 clients within hotels and leisure facilities, ensuring they have access to the best leisure products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with 60 clients across Bewick and Barnard Castle, ensuring their business requirements are met and they are satisfied with their products.
  • Proactively engage with clients to address any concerns or inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Drive to Bewick and Barnard Castle regularly (5-6 times a day) to visit clients and attend meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive and access to own transportation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
