Ideal Family Solicitor
- At least three years post-qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
- Ideally, experience in Private Family Law.
- The Family Solicitor role offers interesting work from local clients and London referrals, full support from an established office structure and long-term career progression and fulfilment.
Family Solicitor Duties:
- You will run your own caseload of Private Family Law matters.
- The work will include divorce, financial disputes and remedies, injunctions/ non-molestation orders, and providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
- Encourage new enquiries from new and existing clients
- Assist junior staff members in training and development
- Provide advice to clients and handle enquiries while maintaining high standards of client care
- Preparation of bills when required.
- Networking and business development if and when required.
