Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property management company based in Bath, with their search for an Administrator to join their team. This role will see you providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to customers, third parties, and internal teams.
This could suit someone who has experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, and administration.
We are seeking someone with a positive and proactive approach and who demonstrates a passion for the property industry.
DAY TO DAY:
- Review and process customer applications.
- Conduct reference checks, register customer deposits and create tenancy documentation.
- Renewal of existing tenancies.
- Working with your internal team to ensure all new properties are registered.
- Provide a high level of customer service to tenants throughout the process.
- Process tenancy terminations and process deposit refunds.
- Ad-hoc administration duties to support the wider team.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE:
- Good attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- IT literate and proficient use of Microsoft packages.
- A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- Be determined and enthusiastic.
- Solution-focused with an adaptable approach to work.
