Customer Service Administrator

We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join an innovative organisation with a friendly, empowering, respectful and transparent culture. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating customer service requests with their in-house transport and third-party hauliers. If you are a highly organised individual who is willing to learn, can use your own initiative and is able to work in a busy, fast paced environment then we would love to hear from you! This is a fulltime and permanent opportunity based in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate waste collection and disposal with subcontractors and disposal/recycling facilities.
  • Ensure all necessary licenses and weighbridge tickets are obtained and verified.
  • Update subcontractor details accurately.
  • Prepare required documentation and consignment notes.
  • Liaise with various departments, including Account Managers.
  • Ensure paperwork meets legislative requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Occasionally liaise with suppliers for collection-related data.
  • Handle supplier and customer invoices and resolve queries.
  • Generate and manage reports as needed.
  • Process waste samples, data sheets, and specifications.
  • Provide support during peak periods and holidays

The Candidate:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in customer services.
  • Ability to effectively liasie with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking abilities within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including accurate data entry and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Salary £24,000-£28,000 plus 28 days holiday (plus a day off for your birthday), healthcare cash plan and free parking.
