We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join an innovative organisation with a friendly, empowering, respectful and transparent culture. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating customer service requests with their in-house transport and third-party hauliers. This is a fulltime and permanent opportunity based in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate waste collection and disposal with subcontractors and disposal/recycling facilities.
- Ensure all necessary licenses and weighbridge tickets are obtained and verified.
- Update subcontractor details accurately.
- Prepare required documentation and consignment notes.
- Liaise with various departments, including Account Managers.
- Ensure paperwork meets legislative requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
- Occasionally liaise with suppliers for collection-related data.
- Handle supplier and customer invoices and resolve queries.
- Generate and manage reports as needed.
- Process waste samples, data sheets, and specifications.
- Provide support during peak periods and holidays
The Candidate:
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in customer services.
- Ability to effectively liasie with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking abilities within a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in IT skills, including accurate data entry and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Salary £24,000-£28,000 plus 28 days holiday (plus a day off for your birthday), healthcare cash plan and free parking.
