Job Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the brand visibility and market share. This role involves overseeing all internal and external communications, ensuring their message is consistent and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, press releases, and newsletters.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.).
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Adobe, Google Adwords, Photoshop etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities..
