Facilities Supervisor

Our client, a well established national organisation, are currently on the search for a Facilities Supervisor to join their team in Mayfair, Central London. You will join a fast paced dynamic team and form a crucial part of day to day operations.

Main responsibilities for the Facilities Supervisor:

  • Assist Facilities Manager and the team in delivering proactive and solution-focused approach for facilities services to our stores.
  • Oversee Facilities Management Projects throughout the Portfollio of property
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to arrange sites visits and obtain quotes.
  • Assist Facilities Manager in producing and collating reports for Management.
  • Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments, as and when instructed by the Facilities Manager.
  • Assist Facilities Manager in the effective management of the H&S and Security projects.
  • Communicate with staff and suppliers to address the queries/requests efficiently.
  • Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive, PPM and scheduled job requests within the FM Helpdesk department.
  • Assist the Facilities team in raising purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices at Head Office.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the Facilities Team.
  • Provide support to the FM in maintaining supplier details of all associated documentation for Health and Safety.
  • Order and maintain stock in relation to signage for all stores.
  • Responsible for maintaining and complying with Company Health & Safety standards thereby minimising the risk to self and other persons.
  • Assist Facilities Manager and the team in effective implementation of COVID compliance measures at Head Office and stores.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies, or urgent issues, as they arise.
  • Any other ad -hoc tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven facilities management experience ideally within retail or property sector. You will have working knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in the UK. Due to the nature of the role you will be a self-driven individual with proven ability to prioritise tasks and be capable of managing relationships with numerous stakeholders.

The Salary being offered is very competitive up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience. Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (Hybrid Model - 4 days office and 1 day from home).
