Mckellar Accountancy are looking to hire a Digital Office Support Apprentice who has a keen interest in the social media and content creating side of the business as well as the daily responsibility you will have working in an accountants.
Job description:
- First responder when someone reaches out online via email, socials etc
- Becoming a system expert on Chaser for Credit control
- Responsible for keeping the CRM – Bright Manager up to date for this such as Taxes, departments etc
- Creating video content for our social media pages such as Instagram and TikTok
- Taking photos for our socials
- Making sure you store data properly and you will be involved in anti – laundering money checks.
- Using collaborative systems inhouse such as teams for speaking with other members of staff
Skills and attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- willingness to learn
- Ability to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
- Must be interested in content creating and social media

Additional information:
- Salary - £15,000 per annum
- Hours of works - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
