The Role: Sales Negotiator
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join our client's thriving Ashbourne office. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward for those looking to make their mark in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and build rapport with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers
- Generate and qualify new leads through proactive marketing efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Contribute to team targets and office performance
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £24,000
- Attractive commission structure on sales and referrals (OTE £29,000)

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous estate agency experience preferred, but we'll consider ambitious newcomers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
