Location: North London
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (4.00pm finish on Fridays)
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

I am currently recruiting for an HR Administrator for one of the UKs leading independent building services based in North London. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a corporate growing company. The ideal candidate for this role should have solid administrative skills and experience, be task-focused, and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail. Experience in working within a HR department or a similar role is essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources (HR) department as an HR Administrative Support. The primary aim of this role is to provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of key administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks promptly and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure employees have access to information and advice.
  • Manage employee benefits programs such as cycle-to-work schemes and health insurance.
  • Handle the advertising and arrangement of company HR events.
  • Maintain organised and effective administrative operations to support the HR team in achieving its strategic objectives.
