location: Newcastle

Pay rate: £15-17p/h inside IR35

Hours: between 8am-8pm working 7.5 hours. shifts between Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. 37.5 hours a week. weekend work is required

Our client has a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where they manage their personal lending business. They provide support to customers who are looking for new and additional borrowing from the bank.

We are looking for a candidate to join our client's team of Needs Met/Sales Advisors putting the customers at the heart of everything they do every day.

  • A proven track record in a sales environment.
  • Sociable, helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed.
  • A good eye for detail, ensuring customer details are captured and recorded accurately.
  • Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR Experience of working with computer systems
  • A Team Player who enjoys collaborating with team mates to deliver that outstanding customer service together, and working together to identify continuous improvement ideas.

Work Environment

The role is predominantly an office based one working on our site, with the opportunity for hybrid working upon attaining competence in the role. Induction training is for a period of 6 weeks with a mix of class room and on the job training.

The working hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm Sat & Sunday – they work to a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
