We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst to provide essential support and guidance for HR case management users, particularly with BMC Helix Business Workflows. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide daily support and guidance for HR case management users using BMC Helix Business Workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement system changes and improvements adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, or errors promptly.
- Raise, manage, and escalate tickets with third-party support to ensure requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
- Contribute to ongoing and future projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in configuring and supporting HR Case Management tools, especially BMC Helix Business Workflows.
- Confidence in working and communicating with various business stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Strong ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and business needs.
- Proven experience working with global third-party suppliers and developers.
