My client are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a full time, 12 months FTC. The successful candidate will be based out of Sheffield and will have a commercial background, with the ability to work in a fast past environment and be technically strong.

Description
- Support and influence the development and delivery of financial plans and budgets
- Provide financial expertise and advice to support decision making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the not-for-profit sector
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
- Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Experience in financial planning and analysis
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent financial reporting and forecasting skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Job Offer
Full time role + Hybrid working (2 days in the office) + 12 months FTC with the possibility of moving over to a permanent contract + Paying £40-45,000.
